3. Express Delivery: We offer express delivery at an additional cost of INR 100. However, the availability of express delivery depends on the pincode.

1. Video Proof Required: To make a return, you must record a video while opening your package. This is crucial for verifying the condition of the item.
2. 24-Hour Return Window: You have 24 hours from the time you receive your package to start the return process.
3. No Cash Refunds: We don't provide cash refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit in the form of a coupon code.
4. Coupon Code Validity: The coupon code you receive will be valid for 180 days from the date it's issued.
5. No Returns for Coupon Purchases: Items purchased using the coupon code cannot be returned.
6. Return Requests by Email: You can request returns or report damage or shortages by emailing us at return@nan-kee.com. We won't accept these requests without the required video evidence during the package opening.
7. Reverse Pickup: If your return request aligns with our policy, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. You'll be notified by the courier company. Only three pickup attempts will be made, so please ensure you're available for them.
