At Nan-kee, we aim to provide a seamless return process. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a successful return or refund:

  1. Video Proof Required: To make a return, you must record a video while opening your package. This is crucial for verifying the condition of the item.

  2. 24-Hour Return Window: You have 24 hours from the time you receive your package to start the return process.

  3. No Cash Refunds: We don't provide cash refunds. Instead, you'll receive store credit in the form of a coupon code within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  4. Coupon Code Validity: The coupon code you receive is valid for 180 days from the date it is issued.

  5. No Returns for Coupon Purchases: Items purchased using the coupon code cannot be returned.

  6. Return Requests by Email: You can request returns or report damage or shortages by emailing us at info@nan-kee.com. We won't accept these requests without the required video evidence during the package opening.

  7. Reverse Pickup: If your return request aligns with our policy, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. The courier company will notify you. Only three pickup attempts will be made, so please ensure you're available for them.

  8. Quality Check for Store Credit: Store credit and coupon codes will be issued only after we receive the returned products and perform a quality check.
